Baylor’s Briles to appear at TD Club luncheon
Baylor football coach Art Briles will appear at the Touchdown Club of Houston’s noon luncheon July 14 at the JW Marriott. Briles, who left the University of Houston for Baylor last year, guided the Bears to a 4-8 record, including 2-6 in the Big 12. In Briles’ first season, Baylor lost three games by seven or fewer points.

Athletic Ticket Office Announces Holiday Hours
The University of Houston Athletic Ticket Office will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day. Normal business hours will resume Monday, July 6.

UH Athletics Announces Dates for Cougar Pride Road Tours
The University of Houston Athletics Department and Cougar Pride announced this week the eighth year of the Houston area "Coaches Road Tour." This year UH Athletics will host two stops in the Houston area; Tuesday, July 28 at Skeeter's Mesquite Grill at 750 Gulfgate Mall (I-45 South and 610) and Wednesday, August 5 at the 5529 Weslayan Skeeter's location.
